Creating an Instagram Business Account

While Instagram has become one of the most popular social networking sites, in recent years, it has become a platform for businesses to connect with and share content with customers. Below is a guide on how to create a business account

Start here if you do not yet have an Instagram account: 

1. Download Instagram on your computer or phone https://www.instagram.com/
2. Create an account with either your Business Number or Email 
3. Fill in the information for your profile 
4. If you hit Edit, You can then add a Description and Bio after creating your account 
5. After you fill in all the boxes, hit Done 

If you already have a personal account and want to transfer it to a business account, log in to your account and hit Edit Profile 

1. Select Switch To Professional Account 
2. Hit Continue 
3. Choose a category that best describes your business and hit Continue
4. Hit OK to continue
5. Choose between Business or Creator 
6. Hit Next
7. After these steps, you can either include your contacts or you can skip this part by hitting, Don’t Use My Contact Info
8. Hit Complete Signup
