How to Grant Access to Google Business Profile?

Learn how to grant GBP access to Repli for a single community or an entire portfolio.

GRANT ACCESS TO A SINGLE COMMUNITY

  1. Go to business.google.com
  2. Click into the corresponding location
  3. Find Business Profile Settings and find [People and access]
  4. Copy & paste in the location ID: 
    • Your account manager will provide you with the correct location ID. If you have not received it, please contact your account manager or email support@repli360.com
    • (When you paste this in, a dropdown should appear with REPLI - Property Management Company Name, similar to the one shown below.)

  5. Select Manager access
  6. Click Invite

 

GRANT ACCESS TO AN ENTIRE PORTFOLIO OR FOLDER

  1. Go to business.google.com
  2. Find your Group Settings
  3. Scroll down to Manager and click the Manage Users button
  4. Click the Add Users button
  5. Copy & paste in the Repli location ID
    • Your account manager will provide you with the correct location ID. If you have not received it, please contact your account manager or email support@repli360.com
    • (When you paste this in, a dropdown should appear that says REPLI360, as seen below)
  6. Under Choose a Role select Manager access
  7. Click Invite
