Troubleshoot: My Instagram is not linking to Facebook Business Manager

Sometimes, Instagram has trouble linking to Facebook Business Manager. In this case, there are a few tricks you can try.

1. Log onto Facebook Business Manager: https://business.facebook.com/
2. Verify you are in your business profile, as it is the only type of account that can link to Business Manager. 
3. Check to see if you are connecting the right Facebook URL & company website to the Business Manager. 
4. Verify you are the Admin for the Facebook page in Page Roles. 

To check your role on your company Facebook page: 

1. Go to Facebook Business Manager: https://business.facebook.com/
2. Click Settings
3. Then, Page Roles
4. View and change role permissions at the bottom of the page.
5. You can also try re-converting your Instagram profile to a Business Profile. 
6. If you try the options below and your account is still not linking, try the steps below: 
   1. Head over to the Facebook page used with your Instagram Business Profile 
   2. Go to your settings and click on the Instagram option for additional details to link your account.
