      Integrate with Yardi

      Repli integrates with Yardi's API to pull in all of your relevant property information and push that data to MultiHub and Yardi's network of integration partners.

      Repli integrates with Yardi through a wide variety of widgets, API calls, webhooks, and more. Repli also fully incorporates with RentCafe to set up tour schedulers, DNI insertions, and push leads into your CRM with ease. 

      Some of the most notable Yardi integration features include: 

      • ApartmentSync - Repli's real-time pricing & availability software used on websites and landing pages 
      • CRM Integrations - Repli pushes leads directly into Yardi's RentCafe CRM. 
      • Website Widgets - 
          • Tour Scheduler Widget: Instantly embed Yardi tour schedulers onto your property website in seconds 
          • DNI Insertion Widget: Makes it easy to set up DNI insertions
      • MultiHub Data Connector - Repli connects Yardi to MultiHub via a data connector to bring in crucial property data and reporting.

      Company Specific Credentials

      • apiToken (encrypted token for company - can be found here)
      • CompanyCode (example: c00000110537)
      • MarketingAPIKey (example: %20878de66d-a962-489c-a2c7-4a38e592092b)
      • Vendor API Token (Optional - this can be a vendor-specific API Token. To add a new API token for a third-party vendor, contact Yardi technical support. After it is created, you can share the new API token with a vendor, edit the vendor name, or inactivate the token. View example here.)

      Property Credentials

      • propertyCode (example: p005223)
      • PropertyId (example: 20006)
      • voyagerPropertyCode (Used for Web Service API request. example: resca32)
      • voyagerPropertyId (Used for Web Service API request. example: 12)

      • PropertyAPIKey (Used for marketing API requests including Lead Attribution DNI, Get Available Slots, Schedule a Tour Request Type, Cancel Scheduled Tour Request Type)
