Why a monthly fee?

Most agencies charge a percentage of your total ad spend - we don't think that's fair to you. We believe that your ad spend should go towards driving more leads and leases when you need it - not putting more money in our pockets.

How much am I spending on actual advertising?

There is no baked in additional fees or lack of transparency here. Your real-time dashboards, invoices & monthly reports all show you exactly how much we plan on or are spending on advertising. 

What if I Decrease my monthly Ad Spend?

Your monthly management fee stays the same. You simply have less available dollars to devote to advertising. In some cases we might be able to reduce your monthly fee and are always more than happy to discuss these options with you.
