MultiHub SEO Performance Reports

SEO Performance covers how you're showing up in organic search and local discovery — your Google Business Profile, your reputation, and your organic search traffic. Three reports, each answering a different question.

SEO Report

The three reports.

1. Google Business Profile — are people finding the listing, and are they acting on it?

Local discovery is often where a renter first encounters a property, and it happens entirely outside your website. This report shows whether the listing is surfacing in local search and maps, and whether people are doing something once it does — calling, requesting directions, clicking through. High visibility with low action usually points at the listing itself: photos, hours, incomplete info.

2. Reputation — how healthy is each location's online reputation?

Review volume and sentiment per location. Useful for two things: catching a property whose rating is sliding before it shows up in tour volume, and identifying which locations are actually generating reviews versus coasting on old ones. Reputation feeds local ranking, so this isn't purely a resident-satisfaction metric.

3. Google Search Console — how much organic search traffic is Google sending, and for which terms?

Query-level organic performance. Which terms are bringing people in, which ones you're visible for but not winning, and how that shifts over time. This is where you find out whether you're ranking for your property name only or actually capturing broader apartment-search intent.
