MultiHub Website Performance Reports
Website Performance is where you go to understand how your sites are actually doing — traffic, behavior, sources, and conversions. It's made up of seven reports, each answering a different question.

The seven Website Performance reports.
1. Performance Overview — how is the website performing overall?
Your starting point. KPI cards summarize the period with change indicators against the previous one, so you can tell in a few seconds whether things are up, down, or flat before you go looking for why. Start here, then jump to whichever report explains the movement.
2. Property Performance — which properties are pulling their weight?
The portfolio comparison view. Use it to spot the properties outperforming the group and the ones dragging, so you know where to put attention and budget. Most useful at the company level, when you're deciding where to spend your next hour or your next dollar.
3. Property Location — which cities send each property its visitors?
Geographic breakdown of where visitors are coming from. Tells you whether you're reaching your actual renter market or paying for traffic from outside it — and often surfaces feeder markets you weren't targeting on purpose.
4. Engagement — once people land, what do they actually do?
Behavior after arrival. Which pages hold attention, which actions people take, where they drop off. This is the report that separates a traffic problem from a website problem.
5. Acquisition — where is the traffic coming from?
Channel and source breakdown. Shows which channels are actually delivering and which are quietly underperforming, so you can rebalance effort across organic, paid, referral, and direct.
6. Hyperlocal Dynamic Pages — are the auto-generated local landing pages earning their keep?
Performance for your hyperlocal pages specifically, isolated from the rest of the site. Use it to confirm those pages are pulling in local search traffic and converting, rather than just existing.
7. AI Traffic — how much traffic are AI assistants sending you?
Visits arriving from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Copilot — the fastest-moving acquisition story in the industry, and one the standard channel reports hide.
