How Do I Edit My DNS Records for Your Multihub Website?

This article will explain the general steps you need to take to update the DNS records and add a new CNAME record for your Multihub website.

Follow the instructions below to connect your domain to Multihub:

STEP 1

Log in to your domain host, go to the domain management area, and find the DNS editing options.

Create a new CNAME record with the following settings:
• Host/Alias: www
• Destination/Target: s.multiscreensite.com

• (Optional) TTL: 1440

STEP 2

Create two A records that point to the following IP addresses: 35.172.94.1 & 100.24.208.97. To do this, go into the DNS editing again and create the following records:

First
• Host/Alias: @
• Destination/Target: 35.172.94.1

• (Optional) TTL: 1440

Second
• Host/Alias: @
• Destination/Target: 100.24.208.97

• (Optional) TTL: 1440

There are two A records in case one of them does not work in the future, the second will act as a backup.

*NOTE: If you get an error while trying to create these DNS records, you might need to delete any existing records that already exist for either the root (@) or the www values.

STEP 3

That is it, you are all set with your new website on Multihub!
