What are Repli's SLAs?

Repli strives to assist our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. See below for our General SLA's: 

  • SEM Budget Change Requests: Up to 48 hours upon receiving the request.
  • SEM Change Requests: Up to 5 days upon receiving the request.
  • Website/Landing Page Edits: Up to 5 days upon receiving the request.
  • Special Offer Update Requests: Up to 24 hours upon receiving the request.


*Requests submitted after 4 pm on Friday are not guaranteed to be picked up until the next business day.

WHAT ARE YOUR SLAS FOR YOUR ADVERTISING SERVICES? 

Please note, the SLAs listed below are reliant on our team receiving the information needed to complete the request. 

  • Ad Spend Budget changes: 1-5 Business Days
  • Tracking information changes: 1 Business Day or Less
  • General Budget recommendation: 1-2 Business Days
  • Account strategy recommendations: 2-4 Business Days
  • Ad copy/creative change in Ads or Landing Pages: 2 Business Days or Less
  • Ad copy/creative error in Ads or Landing Pages: 1 Business Day or Less
  • Boost a post Facebook/Instagram: 2 Business Days or Less
  • Instagram Story/Slideshow/Display Design Request: 2-4 Business Days 

 

Of course, we do everything we can to complete any support tickets or requests as soon as possible. If for some reason your ticket cannot be resolved within the timelines above, a member of our team will reach out to you and will keep you updated every step of the way.
