REPLI strives to assist our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. See below for our SLAs: 

  • SEM Budget Change Requests: Up to 48 hours upon receiving the request.
  • SEM Change Requests: Up to 5  days upon receiving the request.
  • Website/Landing Page Edits: Up to 5 days upon receiving the request.
  • Dashboard Edits: Up to 48 hours upon receiving the request.

Of course, we do everything we can to complete any support tickets or requests as soon as possible. If for some reason your ticket cannot be resolved within the timelines above, a member of our team will reach out to you and will keep you updated every step of the way.
