What Are The 5 Performance Reports?

Understand the difference between the 5 reports found in the performance workspace: Paid Media Only, Cross-Channel, Ads & SEO, Website Performance & SEO, and Reputation reports.

The Performance Workspace contains 5 out-of-the-box reports:

These reports can provide property-level or roll-up data for all properties assigned in your account. 

Let's break down the differences in these reports. 


PAID MEDIA ONLY REPORT

This report displays data from Google and Facebook Ads campaigns. 

This report features 6 pages: 

  • Overview by State: This page offers a filtering option to display performance by state. 
  • Budgets & Recommendations: This page displays the current budget for a property along with 2 additional budgets - maintenance budget and fire drill budget - and the number of leads you can expect for that budget.
    • The maintenance budget is the minimum recommended budget for a property.
    • The fire drill budget is recommended budget for properties needing leads immediately or low occupancy.
  • Top Performers: This page displays top-performing properties across a variety of metrics, including Top Converting States, Top Click Thru States, Lowest Cost Per Click State, and more. 
  • All Campaign Breakdown: This page displays a comprehensive look at all campaigns running for your account. Here you will find key metrics such as cost, number of clicks, click thru rate (CTR), number of leads, and conversion rate (CVR).
  • Keyword and Ad Copy Report: This page breaks down performance of your keywords in a campaign. Here you can easily filter by keyword type (exact, broad, phrase match), filter by campaign, search keywords, see performance of responsive search ads (RSA) and expanded text ads, and see all headlines and descriptions used in RSAs.
  • Facebook Ads Report: This page displays Facebook and Instagram Ad performance.

ADS & SEO REPORT

This report contains data on Google and Facebook ads campaigns, Google Business Profile metrics, and SEO performance. 

This report features 13 pages - 6 ads pages and 5 SEO pages: 

  • Performance Overview: This page offers a quick glance at the performance of all of your digital advertising campaigns. 
  • GA4 Engagement Overview Report: This page is made up of individual cards that summarize engagement data reports including the Events Performance Report. 
  • GA4 Acquisition Report:  This page summarizes how users find your site by breaking the data down into session default channel groups.
  • WooRank Score: This page offers insights to your sites WooRank Score, how it performs overtime, and how your properties are performing.

Created in collaboration with Reputation, this report contains data on Reputation scores and KPI performance. 

This report breaks down your properties reputation scores and the individual elements that are factored into that score including:

  • Review Response
  • Search Impression
  • Social Engagement
  • Listing Accuracy
