How To Create a Facebook Business Page

Facebook Business Manager is a platform that lets you connect with all your customers. It also gives you a variety of tools that help you manage your business. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to add a new page to the platform.

  1. Start by opening Facebook Business Manager: https://business.facebook.com/
  2. You will then want to sign up for an account by clicking Sign Up. 
  3. You can also create your new page using this link: facebook.com/pages/create
  4. Choose either Business/Brand or Community
    1. When choosing the name of your page, it should be the name of the company
  5. Under the category section, you should choose a couple of words that describe the company 
  6. In the description section, write out a couple of sentences that describe your business and what your company is all about 
  7. Then you’ll want to add a profile picture and cover photo, which should be your company logo. 
  8. Facebook is then going to ask you to create a username for your page, which should be the name of your company. After you have created a username, hit Done
  9. Next, you will add Business Details to your page.
  10. Click on the Add An Action button, which will create a Call to Action for your page. 
  11. Once your CTA is created, click on About under More, where you can include details about your company page, like Location, Hours, and, Contact Info.
